MGW has just made
a great shift knob even better with our new design GRIPPER
for the C5 and C6 Corvette. Improved design features include:
- New larger diameter gripper ball
for a perfect feel and function.
- Leather finish ball texture now more
aggressive for a no-slip grip.
- Ball wraps around top emblem better
just like our race knobs which really cuts down on the
heat and cold extremes. Plus feels much nicer when power
shifting.
- Gripper ball made of new polymer
blend for superior wear and finish over other knock-off
designs.
Available in either triple chrome
or silver satin chrome shift knob bodies. Factory threaded
with C5 9/16-18 threads. No spacers or inserts on these
CNC machined shift knobs!! Plus added lock screw at base
for height adjustments and to keep the knob secure when
shifting hard.
Note: also fits the MGW short throw shifter for all C5 and
C6 models also. Will not fit stock shifter on C6 corvette
as it is not a threaded shaft design. |
